Yes. Suede, nubuck, leather, and sheepskin boots are all cleaned professionally with material-specific methods, lifting salt and water marks, reviving the nap or finish, and treating odour. Brands like UGG, Dr. Martens, and Timberland are handled regularly.
Boots need material-specific care
Boots cover a huge range of materials, and each behaves differently. Sheepskin and suede boots (like UGG or wheat Timberlands) absorb water and salt and must be worked dry or low-moisture to avoid marks. Leather boots (like Dr. Martens) are cleaned and conditioned so they don't dry out and crack.
Salt and water stains from winter are one of the most common boot problems, and they respond well to careful suede cleaning, especially if treated before they set in.
What to expect
Most boots come back with stains lifted, the nap or finish revived, and odour treated, and suede pairs are finished with a protector to help resist future marks. Deep, long-standing stains may not fully clear, and we'll always tell you honestly beforehand.
