How long does professional trainer cleaning take?
Standard turnaround is about 7 days from when we receive your pair. A fast-track option (+£15) returns them in around 3 days. Shipping is tracked both ways and you get status updates at each stage.
The full timeline
Once you book, we email a free prepaid tracked label. The clock on the 7-day standard turnaround starts when your pair arrives at our UK centre, not when you post it, so allow for postage time on top.
After arrival, your pair is inspected, deep cleaned, treated for stains and odour, conditioned or protected by material, authenticated, and quality checked before being shipped back with tracked delivery.
Fast-track option
If you need your trainers back sooner, the fast-track option costs an extra £15 and reduces the in-centre turnaround to roughly 3 days. This is useful before an event, a resale, or a trip.
You'll receive updates as your order moves through received, cleaning, authenticating, and shipped-back stages, so you always know where your pair is.
