With Clean 'Em the price is a single flat fee of £60 for the full package, so you're not paying separately for each step. That covers a complete deep clean of the upper, midsole, and outsole, stain removal, odour elimination, leather conditioning, suede protection, and UV sanitisation.

Crucially, it also includes free tracked shipping in both directions and a free authentication check on the pair, which most cleaning services do not offer. There are no hidden delivery or handling charges added at checkout.

The only costs on top of the £60 are optional. Extras are charged individually: new laces are £5, a re-dye is £10, and sole paint is £10. If you need your pair back faster, a fast-track option is available for an additional £15, reducing turnaround from around 7 days to roughly 3 days.

Free pickup and drop-off is also available in the Reading area if you would prefer to hand your pair over in person rather than post it.
