What happens during professional sneaker cleaning?
Your pair is inspected, then the upper, midsole, and outsole are cleaned separately, stains and odour are treated, the material is conditioned or protected, the pair is UV sanitised and authenticated, then quality checked and returned with tracked delivery.
Step by step
First, the pair is inspected so the right method can be chosen for each material. Cleaning is then done in zones: the upper, the midsole, and the outsole each need different products and techniques, so they're treated separately rather than all at once.
Stains are spot-treated, odour is eliminated at the source, and UV sanitisation hygienically finishes the pair. Leather is conditioned to stay supple, while suede is protected to resist future marks.
Authentication and return
Every order includes a free authentication check, which also documents the condition of the pair. After a final quality check, your sneakers are packed and shipped back with tracked delivery.
Throughout the process you receive status updates, so you can follow your pair from received through cleaning, authenticating, and shipped-back.
