Clean 'Em Story
These shoes are years old. Can you actually make them look new again?
Quick answer
Often yes, if the pair still has life left. A deep clean lifts ingrained dirt, brightens midsoles where possible, conditions leather, refreshes suede, and treats odour. Deep structural wear or cracked leather can't be fully reversed, but tired favourites usually look dramatically fresher. Clean 'Em is a flat £60 with optional extras for laces, re-dye, or sole paint.
Customer
I've got an old pair of trainers I love and some leather shoes I haven't worn in ages. They're grubby, the soles look tired, and they smell a bit. Is it worth cleaning or should I just replace them?
Clean 'Em
If they still fit and the soles aren't worn through, cleaning is often great value. Old pairs usually look tired for a few fixable reasons: dirt in the upper, yellowed or grey midsoles, dried leather, and odour in the lining. We treat each part properly rather than one quick wipe.
Customer
Will they look brand new?
Clean 'Em
They'll look dramatically fresher. Most customers are surprised, but we won't promise factory-new if foam is heavily oxidised or leather is deeply cracked. We'll tell you what's realistic. The Clean 'Em package is £60 and includes deep cleaning, odour elimination, UV sanitisation, conditioning or suede protection, and a free authentication check.
Customer
Can you do the trainers and the leather shoes together?
Clean 'Em
They're separate bookings at £60 per pair, but the same process: post with the free tracked label, we refresh them, and send them back. Optional extras like new laces (£5) or sole paint (£10) can push an old trainer even further if you want.
