The Clean 'Em package is a flat £60 deep clean: stain removal, odour treatment, leather conditioning where needed, suede protection, midsole brightening, UV sanitisation, and a free authentication check. Free tracked UK shipping is included both ways. Standard turnaround is 7 days, or around 3 days with fast-track (+£15).

Do you offer sneaker wash and detailing?

Yes. Detailing is part of the standard service, not a separate tier. We clean laces separately, edge-detail midsoles and outsoles, treat lining odour at the source, and finish suede with a protector. The goal is a full refresh, not a surface wipe.

Can you repair sneakers when you wash them?

We offer light restoration extras, not cobbler-style repair. Optional add-ons at checkout include re-dye (£10) for suitable faded panels, sole paint (£10) to brighten midsoles and rubber, and new laces (£5). We do not reglue soles, restitch uppers, or fix broken hardware. If your pair needs that level of work, we'll say so upfront.

Is a sneaker wash better than machine washing?

For most trainers, yes. Machine washing breaks down glue, warps knit and mesh, and rarely cleans midsoles properly. Our wash uses controlled moisture, material-specific products, and proper drying so shape and materials stay intact.

How do I send my sneakers for a wash?

Book online, pack your pair, and use the free prepaid tracked label we email you. Drop at any Post Office. We update you when they arrive, during cleaning, and when they ship back.
